WHY ME?
I've walked the whole road: operations, IT infrastructure, and now AI adoption. 15+ years in the travel industry taught me where processes hurt and what it takes to change them with real people, not just technology. I don't deliver strategy decks. I build products, ship them to production and own the outcome: from EU AI Act compliance to agents and enterprise automation. The latest proof: on 9 July 2026 OpenAI opened its plugin platform; by 21 July my first product was already reviewed, approved and published in ChatGPT, three of the four by 14 August, and all four by 11 September.
Projects
EU AI Comply
Compliance SaaS
Multi-tenant SaaS platform that takes a company from "we use AI, now what?" to documented EU AI Act compliance: AI system inventory, non-technical risk classification, step-by-step guidance through every obligation and continuous tracking of legislative changes. Built for deployers across the EU: the entire platform — app, landing and legislative-news blog — available in 7 languages (RO, EN, FR, DE, ES, IT, NL).
Result: EU AI Act compliance without legal jargon: a production SaaS that walks you step by step, in plain language, from AI system inventory to fulfilled, documented obligations.
B2B SaaS for SMEs that tracks any document with an expiry date — vehicles, employees, equipment, company paperwork — and alerts the right person on the channel they actually read.
Result: "Zero fines": automated consolidated alerts via email, WhatsApp, SMS and push, 30 down to 0 days before expiry, plus hierarchical escalation afterwards — one message per company per day, not spam.
Interactive European tourism explorer (Eurostat, INSSE and World Bank data, 2015 → present) combined with a live disruption radar and a public 8-tool MCP server — from country profiles to continuous trip monitoring. Interface in EN, RO and PL.
Result: A travel decision-support platform: data for all 27 EU countries (3.09 billion nights analyzed), a live disruption radar with 30+ official sources, and a public MCP server AI agents use to assess trip risk.
Complete Romanian TV & entertainment guide covering TV listings, streaming, cinema and theater — accessible to both humans and AI agents via a public MCP server, schema.org structured data and native in-browser WebMCP tools.
Result: One portal: TV, streaming, cinema, theater — and the first Romanian TV guide built for the agentic web: public MCP server in the official registry, 79/100 agent-readiness score (12 of 14 checks).
Open-source civic PWA for Bucharest waste-collection schedules: data auto-collected from official operators (Romprest S1, Supercom S2), recurrence rules per street segment, every claim citing its source, and factual honesty about districts that publish nothing.
Result: Type your street and number, get exact collection days per waste type — from official sources, with full transparency where public data doesn't exist.
Open-source public guide to digital safety: "situation → what to do" playbooks written for non-technical readers, editorialized for 9 countries (each with its own reporting channels), installable as a PWA with guides savable offline, and exposed to AI agents through an MCP server published in the registry.
Result: 19 crisis playbooks and 11 prevention guides, in 9 languages, each with the steps to take now, what NOT to do, and where to report in your country — with sources cited in the open.

AI Adoption Lead — he takes AI out of slide decks and into production. 7 live products (2 processing real payments), 6 MCP servers in the official registry, 4 apps published in the ChatGPT catalog, and a live EU AI Act platform. The foundation: 15+ years of enterprise IT in travel-tech. Everything he claims can be verified.
What does "AI Adoption Lead" mean in practice?
Not strategy decks, but AI shipped to production: EU AI Comply, a live SaaS for EU AI Act compliance (euaicomply.eu); 6 MCP servers published in the official Model Context Protocol registry; applications made agent-ready (llms.txt, structured data, agent-facing markdown); 4 apps published in the ChatGPT catalog after OpenAI review. Adoption also means people: processes, training and guardrails, not just code.
What has he actually built?
7 live properties, not prototypes: an EU AI Act platform (euaicomply.eu), a travel-disruption radar (travel-trends), a digital-safety guide in 9 languages (compass), a TV guide for Romania (tv), a civic recycling PWA (cand-reciclam), and an operational-compliance SaaS (avizo). 2 process real payments. Each with a public case study — with numbers, decisions and dead ends, not just wins.
What experience does he have in travel-tech?
15+ years in the travel industry, since 2008: IT Manager at Weco-Travel Romania (the largest TMC in Romania), Operations Manager, IT Support Specialist at Amazon, and IT Manager at travel agencies. Travel is the foundation he builds products on — from a travel-disruption radar to an operational grasp of corporate travel. Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Amadeus Cytric Advanced.
How can I verify his claims?
Everything is independently verifiable: 6 MCP servers in the official Model Context Protocol registry (under DNS-verified namespaces), 4 apps published in the ChatGPT catalog after OpenAI review, agent-readiness measured by third-party scanners, and case studies backed by official sources. The site exposes llms.txt, a public MCP server and agent-facing markdown — ask your own AI about him.
