B2B SaaS for SMEs that tracks any document with an expiry date — vehicles, employees, equipment, company paperwork — and alerts the right person on the channel they actually read.
Result
"Zero fines": automated consolidated alerts via email, WhatsApp, SMS and push, 30 down to 0 days before expiry, plus hierarchical escalation afterwards — one message per company per day, not spam.
Technical details
- Consolidated digest: one message per company per day with everything expiring, at customizable 30/14/7/3/1/0-day thresholds.
- Hierarchical escalation after expiry: the message climbs to the admin, then the owner, then (on Fleet) a designated external contact.
- All plans include .ics calendar invitations with native reminders on iPhone/Android/Outlook — free defense in depth.
- Multi-tenant Next.js 15 + PostgreSQL, pg-boss queues (no Redis), full idempotency on every external send.
